Shipping & Returns
Can I return or exchange my item?
We don't offer returns, refunds, exchanges, or cancellations.
But please contact us at mohnartsshop@gmail.com if there's a problem with your order. We are happy to help and provide the best experience possible!
How long does shipping take?
It takes us 1-2 weeks to pack orders. Transit time depends on USPS and other postal carriers. If you are ordering during the holidays or during inclement weather, expect longer transit times.
Can I track my order?
If tracking is available for your order, the information will be included in your shipping confirmation email. Please check your junk folder if you don't see it in your inbox. All orders will have a USPS tracking number. International orders may or may not have tracking, depending on the destination.
Original paintings exceeding 20" will be shipped via UPS. All original paintings ship fully insured. If you order a larger painting, I will email you to confirm your address and send you a tracking number.
